2. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION
If you believe that material you posted on the Site was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting a written notice to our DMCA agent that includes all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled; and
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside of the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. The removed material may be restored or access to it re-enabled within 10 to 14 business days following receipt of the counter-notification, unless our DMCA agent first receives notice that the complainant has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
3. REPEAT INFRINGERS
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable and/or terminate the access of users who are repeat infringers of the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
4. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
Tempting Babes is an affiliate discovery and content curation platform. Some content accessible through the Site is hosted on and served from third-party platforms (including, but not limited to, dating platforms and live cam services). We do not host or control that content directly. If you believe infringing content appears on a third-party platform linked from our Site, you should direct your DMCA notice to the relevant third-party platform's designated DMCA agent.
